We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if an item does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, we are here to make things right with a straightforward, fair, and transparent Return and Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your physical shipment to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be stored in its original packaging (including all retail tags, protective wrappings, and hardware components).

  • You must provide a valid receipt, order confirmation number, or proof of purchase.

Note: Items returned to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

To uphold safety and hygienic standards across our automotive line, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used Car Trash Bags: For sanitary reasons, disposable or reusable trash bags that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any accessories made to custom vehicle specifications.

  • Gift Cards & Promotional Clearance Items: Final sale items marked down during liquidation events.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number, the Name of the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for Return (photos/videos are required if the item arrived damaged or defective).

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our support specialist, managed under LATASHA SYDLL DAVIS, will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original box. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box or inside on a packing slip. Send the package to our designated physical return warehouse:

  4. Tracking: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked packages.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is defective, broken (e.g., damaged mounting hooks or cracked organizer boxes), or if we shipped the wrong item, Zpugdc Inc. will cover the cost of return shipping or issue an immediate replacement free of charge.

  • Change of Mind / Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, improper fit, or preference, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. Initial shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return package arrives at our Phoenix facility, our quality control team will inspect the items within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Approval & Notification: We will send you an automated email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on item condition.

  • Payout: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution or credit card provider to post the transaction back into your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an organizer box or hook set for a different model or color is to return the original item following the procedure above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item directly through cy00hn-jz.myshopify.com.
